Throwing objects in public places of amusement – Violation – Penalty (Chicago Health Nuisances Ordinance)

Chicago, Ill., Mun. Code ch. 7-28 § 7-28-180
No person shall cast, drop or throw any object, missile or any other substance or article in, from or into any public place of amusement. Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be fined not less than $25.00 nor more than $200.00 for each offense. (Prior code § 99-13.1)
