For the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire, unauthorized release of hazardous material or explosion, the city adopts and incorporates by reference, the following:
(a) Minnesota State Fire Code ("MSFC"), established pursuant to M.S. Ch. 299F et seq. , rules promulgated by the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, and the following appendices:
(1) Appendix I: Fire Protection Systems
--Noncompliant Conditions; and
(2) Appendix P: Emergency Responder Radio Coverage.
(b) 2018 International Fire Code ("IFC") sections 105.6 and 105.7; and
(c) M.S. §§ 88.02 through 88.22, 88.75, and 88.76.
