Minneapolis, Minn., Code of Ordinances § 7 § 141.70
The city attorney shall provide sufficient staff to handle all legal matters for the commission, hearing committees, review committees and the department of civil rights. A member of the legal department shall attend public hearings at the request of a presiding commissioner of a hearing committee or hearing examiner and shall provide legal services in the event of judicial review or enforcement of hearing committee or review committee decisions.
