Under Bellevue, Neb., Code of Ordinances ch. 17, art. II § 17-45, mobile home park operators and owners are required to pay an inspection fee—set by the city's Master Fee Schedule—on top of the standard annual permit fee. This fee applies to any time the health officer spends on the annual inspection beyond the first hour, billed at an hourly rate. The additional charge must be settled before the annual permit is issued or renewed.

Bellevue, Neb., Code of Ordinances ch. 17, art. II § 17-45 establishes that compliant mobile home park operators pay both the standard annual permit fee and any inspection fee that accrues when the health officer's inspection runs longer than one hour. Operators generally consult the city's Master Fee Schedule to understand the applicable hourly rate and budget accordingly. Because the additional fee must be paid before the permit is issued or renewed, operators typically confirm the final fee amount with the city before submitting their renewal.

II § 17-45 governs fees that mobile home park operators must pay to the city as part of the annual permitting process, which can affect whether a park is operating under a valid permit. Residents of mobile home parks may want to be aware that a park's permit status is tied to compliance with these fee requirements.
