Mobile home park operators subject to Bellevue, Neb., Code of Ordinances ch. 17, art. II § 17-58 are expected to submit the applicable fee from the Master Fee Schedule alongside every permit application and annual renewal. Compliant operators track their permit's expiration date — one year from issuance or last renewal — and initiate the renewal process in time to avoid a lapse. Allowing a permit to expire by failing to pay the required fee in full before the deadline can leave a park operating without a valid permit.
