For Property Managers

Under Newburgh, N.Y., Code of Ordinances ch. 190 § 190-64, compliant property operators generally conduct routine exterior inspections to identify and seal cracks, holes, or other defects that could allow vermin or rodents to enter. When a pest problem is identified, operators typically install approved wire mesh or other accepted screening materials over windows, doors, and openings within two feet of ground level.
