Plain English — not legal advice.
Under § 190-76, compliant property operators ensure that water-heating equipment is installed per applicable City of Newburgh regulations and is routinely maintained so it can consistently deliver water at no less than 120°F at every hot-water outlet. Operators generally document maintenance schedules and service records for heating equipment to demonstrate ongoing compliance. Any failure in the system—whether due to equipment age, malfunction, or improper installation—would place the property out of compliance with this provision.
