Under § 117-11, the Office of Planning and Development is the designated Fair Housing Office responsible for enforcing Ogdensburg's fair housing rules. Compliant property owners and managers generally familiarize themselves with the requirements administered by this office and respond promptly to any inquiries or notices it issues. Knowing that the Director of Planning and Development (or their designee) holds enforcement authority helps operators understand the appropriate point of contact for compliance-related matters.
