Section 46-5 of Troy, N.Y., Code of Ordinances Chapter 46 establishes that the Good Cause Eviction rules—drawn from New York State's Article 6-A and adapted for local use—are formally incorporated into Troy's City Code as Chapter 46, titled 'Good Cause Eviction.' The provision sets the structural and formatting requirements for this chapter, requiring that it conform to the style of other City Code provisions and receive approval from the Corporation Counsel. In effect, this section gives the local Good Cause Eviction framework its official legal home within Troy's municipal code.
