The HCV program income target requirements which requires that 75 percent of a PHA admissions in
each PHA fiscal year are families whose income are at or below the extremely low income limit 20
does not apply to HUD-VASH. The PHA may, however, choose to include the admission of extremely
low-income VASH families in its income targeting numbers.
