Ala. Admin. Code r. 535-X-18 § 535-X-18-.05 means that operators and property managers involved in a regulatory dispute should be prepared for the possibility of an AMHC investigation, which could include an on-site inspection or an administrative hearing. Compliant operators generally maintain thorough documentation of their practices and records related to state and federal regulatory requirements, as this material may be reviewed during any Administrator-led inquiry. If the Administrator determines that a party bears responsibility, that party may be ordered to make corrections and to pay the Commission's administrative costs.
