Fla. Admin. Code R. 69A-60 § 69A-60.004
(1) NFPA 101, the Life Safety Code®, Florida 2021 Edition, is hereby adopted and incorporated herein by reference and shall take effect on the effective date of this rule as a part of the Florida Fire Prevention Code. (2)(a) NFPA 101, Florida 2021 Edition, is copyrighted material that cannot be copied, but may be purchased by contacting the NFPA at 1 Batterymarch Park, Quincy, Massachusetts 02169-7471; Phone 1(800)344-3555; Website www.nfpa.org. (b) The copyrighted material referenced in paragraph (2)(a) may be accessed in a read-only, non-printable, non-downloadable format at the Division of State Fire Marshal website at: https://www.myfloridacfo.com/division/sfm/bfp/florida-fire-prevention-code; or maybe viewed, during regular business hours, at the offices of: 1.
