Idaho Code §§ 55-301 to 55-307 (7 of the chapter's 15 sections): lease remedies running with assignments (§§ 55-301 to 55-303), the 30-day written notice of a residential rent increase or nonrenewal (§ 55-304), the reasonable-fee and written-notice limits on tenant fees (§ 55-305), the ban on local rent control (§ 55-306, 2025) and a tenant's right to remove fixtures (§ 55-307). Rewritten and redesignated by 2025 ch. 65 (old numbers are aliases). The remaining sections (§§ 55-308 to 55-315: boundaries, lateral support, life-estate rent and duties) are out of scope.
