Under N.D.C.C. § 14-02.5-15, the department periodically publishes reports and conducts studies on discriminatory housing practices statewide. Operators who stay informed about these reports can better understand evolving fair housing standards and any legislative changes that may follow. Reviewing the department's even-year publications is a common practice among compliant property managers seeking to align their policies with current guidance.
