Section 301.065 of the Texas Property Code requires the state commission to publish at least one written report per year recommending legislative or other action to advance fair housing goals, and to conduct studies examining the nature and extent of discriminatory housing practices across Texas. The provision is oriented toward ongoing government research and policy development rather than regulating individual transactions. It establishes a continuous duty of the commission to monitor and respond to housing discrimination trends statewide.

Under Tex. Prop. Code § 301.065, the commission responsible for fair housing oversight regularly publishes reports and conducts studies on discriminatory housing practices in Texas. Property owners and managers who stay informed about these reports can better understand the regulatory landscape and evolving enforcement priorities. Operators who track commission findings are generally better positioned to align their policies with the broader purposes of Chapter 301.
