Bloomington ch. 14 Art. VI: 27 sections, §§ 14.521–14.550.01 (§§ 14.535–14.538 absent from code; Division D does not appear in this article). Two divisions: Division C (§§ 14.521–14.534, 14 sections) — Time-of-Sale Housing Evaluations: § 14.521 PURPOSE — "to enhance the supply of safe, sanitary and adequate housing and to prevent the deterioration of the overall housing stock in the city"; § 14.523 EVALUATION REPORT REQUIRED — no single-family dwelling, two-family dwelling, mobile home or multi-family unit may be sold without owner obtaining a licensed evaluation report; buyer receives report before/at closing; § 14.530 CORRECTION OF IMMEDIATE HAZARDS — unsafe heating/electrical systems corrected. Same class as Minneapolis ch. 248 Truth in Sale of Housing, already in scope. Division E (§§ 14.539–14.550.01, 13 sections) — Inspection/regulation of manufactured home parks (MHP), recreational camping areas, and youth camps under delegation from State Dept. of Health (M.S. § 145A.07, subd. 1).
