Plain English — not legal advice.
Bloomington, Minn., Code of Ordinances § 14.528 places the responsibility for producing disclosure forms on the city itself, but compliant property owners and managers generally ensure they are using the city-authorized versions of these forms rather than self-created substitutes. Operators typically obtain the current approved forms directly from the city and complete them accurately, covering housing standards, structural defects, and immediate hazards as required by Division C. Staying current with any form updates issued under § 14.528 is a standard part of maintaining compliance with Bloomington's disclosure requirements.

Under § 14.528 of Bloomington's Code of Ordinances, tenants are entitled to receive a city-approved disclosure form that addresses housing standards, major structural defects, and immediate health, safety, or property hazards. If a disclosure form was not provided, or if the form used does not appear to be city-authorized as required by Division C, that may be relevant to a tenant's rights under the broader Division C framework.
