White Plains Municipal Code Chapter 9-8 — Prohibition on Eviction Without Good Cause

White Plains adopts NY RPL Article 6-A (Good Cause Eviction) by reference (§9-8-1) and sets the local rent-exemption threshold at 345% of HUD fair market rent pursuant to RPL §213(2)(a). In force as of Supp. 79 Update 1 (August 3, 2026).
