Syracuse Local Laws Chapter 8 — Human Rights

Syracuse Human Rights ordinance (Local Law No. 17-1990, amended through L.L. No. 7-2016): prohibits housing discrimination on protected classes including source of income. §8-2 expressly recognizes access to housing without source-of-income discrimination as a civil right.
